These plants are big. They’ll need a trellis or cage or room to sprawl. The fruits are big too, usually 2 inches across, and there are a lot of them. They’ll produce heavily all summer long, right up until frost. Roast them for great salsa. The purple blush is not only beautiful but adds the anti-oxidant protection of anthocyanin.
