NEW for 2025!
This very vigorous sorghum is
an heirloom from the Shilluk
people of South Sudan. It
makes a quick 10-ft-tall hedge
in full sun, and then takes its
time ripening seedheads. Heat
tolerant. Seeds can be popped
or ground into flour, and
stems can be pressed for
syrup. Brought to us by the
Experimental Farm Network,
from seed obtained from the
USDA seed bank.
