Welcome to the C.A.V.E., our new way to identify Climate Adapted Varieties of Excellence!

Here's a selection of super-resilient workhorse food plants that have been tested and adapted through multiple increasingly stressful seasons on our farm. While all the seeds we offer are climate adapted to our conditions and do well in these changing times, these go above and beyond in vigor, overall health, yields, and resilience to sudden environmental shifts. Heat waves, flooding, wildfire smoke -- these varieties have thrived through it all. And they're delicious!
