Here’s a new truly miniature butternut worth the hype, a vastly improved version of Honeynut, brought to us by the same team at Cornell University. Fruits average only 3/4 lb., on vigorous vines. Fabulous flavor with a hint of caramel to its sweetness. The name does not overstate the taste. And unlike its predecessor, Brulee stores well, keeping for months after harvest.
